This Under the Nile organic fitted diaper comes in size newborn, small, and medium. These mean 7-14 pounds, 14-20 pounds, 20-30 pounds.

This was my first cloth diaper purchase, and it was for my 3rd kid (although I had some cloth diapers before that I used for cleanups). I'm very impressed with how adjustable they are--you could even overlap the closure (there's velcro on the velcro). They wash easily, and are very soft to the touch. That makes me happy because I want my kid's bottom to be comfortable! It really keeps things in well too, and I was surprised at how easily I could dump out stool in the toilet without using a diaper liner (not runny stool, by the way). They fit just as close as any disposable diaper could, and it's as easy to put on as well. The contours and elastic around the legs are fantastic.
I'm glad I bought these and not another type of cloth diaper! They've worked better that other types I've tried.
