Overview
Babyhawk allows carrying your baby or toddler on the front, back, or hip, as well as breastfeeding discretely while wearing the carrier.
Size: The carrier body is about approx 16.5 x 21.5 inches, which includes a padded headrest and is meant for newborn through the toddler years. The weight limit 40 pounds. The BabyHawk Mei Tai will fit up to a women's size 22/24 or a men's XXL. The straps are 3.75 inches wide and have light padding to give you enough cushion for a long comfortable ride!
Washing: Machine wash cold. Machine dry is OK but we suggest you line dry to preserve colors.

Free Shipping offers apply to US addresses for shipments of any weight or size.
Free shipping to Canada, UK, Australia, and all other International is OK for orders under 2 pounds, but free shipping is the slowest method, which is 1st class international mail. We do recommend upgrading during checkout to Priority or Express, which are faster and have tracking. However, you are free to check out with the free shipping if you don't mind the slower mail service. Your order would ship out same-day or next-day no matter which service speed you choose. If your package is over the 2-pound weight limit to use 1st class service, your order will be placed on hold while we contact you for the payment needed for Priority service.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled until they are shipped out. Email or call us to do so.
Returns and Refunds
Simple return instructions are included in every package.
Products may be returned if they are still in new condition, including the packaging, and if they are postmarked within 60 days of the order date.
We cannot refund when items arrive to us dirty or missing their packaging, or if the postmark shows the return was sent to us more than 60 days after the order date.
If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will put you in touch with the maker to arrange for a replacement.
