Overview
The Oh Snap! BabyHawk is the answer to the soft structured baby carrier. 20 colors available, free shipping is automatic.Recommended to use with 15lb to 45lb children, it has unique style and adjustability never seen before in a baby carrier.
The waist is fully adjustable by webbing and buckles to get just the right fit, whether you are pear shaped or apple or anything else. The built-in adjustments make it fit from women's size 0 to 22.
You can use the Oh Snap! carrier to carry your baby in front or back. This is a toddler or older infant carrier, not suitable for newborns..
Machine wash and dry are OK, or extend the carrier's life by spot cleaning or line drying.

Free Shipping offers apply to US addresses for shipments of any weight or size.
Free shipping to Canada, UK, Australia, and all other International is OK for orders under 4 pounds, but free shipping is the slowest method, which is 1st class international mail. We do recommend upgrading during checkout to Priority or Express, which are faster and have tracking. However, you are free to check out with the free shipping if you don't mind the slower mail service. Your order would ship out same-day or next-day no matter which service speed you choose. If your package is over the 4-pound weight limit to use 1st class service, your order will be placed on hold while we contact you for the payment needed for Priority service.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled until they are shipped out. Email or call us to do so.
Returns and Refunds
Simple return instructions are included in every package.
Products may be returned if they are still in new condition, including the packaging, and if they are postmarked within 60 days of the order date.
We cannot refund when items arrive to us dirty or missing their packaging, or if the postmark shows the return was sent to us more than 60 days after the order date.
If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will put you in touch with the maker to arrange for a replacement.
