The Butterfly 2 - 2.0 - II has a removable infant seat for birth to 15 pounds instead of a permanently attached infant insert. There are other design updates as well, and it is made in the USA!

I absolutely love this carrier. This is the first carrier Ive bought, but have used other carriers before from previous friends who've owned other brands. The beco butterfly is the most comfortable and somehow distributes the babys weight in a way that your back is not strained. I also love how you can transfer your baby without taking the baby out of the carrier. I bought this in black so my husband can wear it also

This carrier is great! It is very easy to put on and take off! I love the styles available. I even bought one for my sister-in-law! Everyone loves it! Our whole family has one! Great buy! I would recommend this carrier to everyone!

I love how easy this carrier is. I can get my little one in it easily and it is very comfortable. I have worn it shopping, hiking, camping, around the house...pretty much anywhere. I still use it to back carry my two year old. I am expecting again, so I will be able to use it with the new baby. My carrier is almost 2 years old and still looks brand new. The only drawback of this carrier is that I was unable to breastfeed while wearing it (I wasn't impossible, just not comfortable).

I love this carrier. It's pretty easy and my little guy has been comfy in it from the time he was tiny. He's now 29 lbs and still rides nicely in it. My only complaint is that he rides up so high that he can pull my hair when he's on my back! Not so nice to do when someone is giving you a ride.

I really like this carrier. I find the main straps to be very easy to adjust and comfortable. The straps where the LO goes are a little more difficult to adjust, but don't need to be adjusted as often. The internal harness allowed a newbie like me to feel comfortable doing back carries. I think you get a lot of bang for your buck with this carrier. I've used it both with my newborn and with my 2yo. The only thing I've had a problem with is that my LO outgrew the newborn insert around 3mos, but was too small to fit comfortably in the main seat. Though she does fit comfortably if I leave one leg inside the carrier, and let the other one outside. I already own a Butterfly I, and am happy with the improvements. It's nice to be able to completely remove the newborn insert when no longer needed and the sleeping hood is much easier to attach. I haven't needed to use the sleeping hood yet, so can't review its functionality. It looks much more supportive though. I highly recommend this carrier and love the choices of fabrics offered.

I love love LOVE this carrier!! I have used 5 carriers in total now, and the Beco is by far the most ergonomic and versatile of all of these. I also loved my mei tai, but at 7 months my LO is well over 20 lbs, and I was finding that my back would be sore after a short time wearing her in it. I tried the Ergo also, but really loved the design of the Beco which (1) incorporates the infant insert (which I have not yet used) and (2) allows me to easily transfer my LO to my back without assistance. She is very happy on either my back or front - she is comfortable and close and can see, and with the hood she can also sleep. With her on my front I can easily get around where strollers cannot go, and it is so easy to take her in and out that running errands in the car is much, much easier. With her on my back I can now do many more chores around the house, so I don't have to wait until she is asleep. I am so enthusiastic about the Beco that two of my friends have now gone and gotten their own. Worth the investment!

really like my carrier. I got it when my son was around 9 months or so. It was great to use when traveling when a stroller would not be the most convenient, but you still need to tote the baby. We also used it while shopping and my son loved to be cuddled up next to me. I look forward to using it with my second child.

I got my Beco II Butterfly this summer, and it is worth every penny! I love being able to put my son in a back carry without the assistance of another adult, and I've found the back support to be top notch. I swear I can hardly tell I am lugging around a 22 pound toddler. It's also extremely fashionable to boot! I get compliments all the time on our carrier.

This is the most comfortable carrier I've owned. I had a Baby Bjorn, Mei Tai, Obi and wraps and this by far is the most comfortable. DH can wear it too and he is over 6 feet tall. He likes how comfortable it is too. I have the Beco Butterfly in Carnival.

This carrier is by far the best one I have!!! I love carrying my little guy on my back. The best thing is its soooo COMFORTABLE for both of us. I also like the fact that you can put the child in the carrier, strap him in, and then put him on your back like you would your old school backpack! This carrier is a MUST HAVE in my opinion and a LIFESAVER! No doubt, You'll LOVE IT too!!!

Everything you see is actually present in our stockroom and ready to ship.
Orders are shipped within 1 business day. They come from Northern California.
You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.

During checkout, please select the shipping speed that best meets your needs.

USA Shipping Prices:

Free Shipping offers apply to US addresses for shipments of any weight or size.

Free shipping to Canada, UK, Australia, and all other International is OK for orders under 2 pounds, but free shipping is the slowest method, which is 1st class international mail. We do recommend upgrading during checkout to Priority or Express, which are faster and have tracking. However, you are free to check out with the free shipping if you don't mind the slower mail service. Your order would ship out same-day or next-day no matter which service speed you choose. If your package is over the 2-pound weight limit to use 1st class service, your order will be placed on hold while we contact you for the payment needed for Priority service.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on orders shipped within California.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled until they are shipped out. Email or call us to do so.

Returns and Refunds
Simple return instructions are included in every package.

Products may be returned if they are still in new condition, including the packaging, and if they are postmarked within 60 days of the order date.
We cannot refund when items arrive to us dirty or missing their packaging, or if the postmark shows the return was sent to us more than 60 days after the order date.

If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will put you in touch with the maker to arrange for a replacement.
