Overview
Small size is 21 mm.
Regular size is 24 mm, and this is the size that comes with the Pump in Style pump.
Large is 27 mm, and Extra Large is 30 mm, and they are designed for women with larger nipples. XXL is 36mm
To determine which size breast shield find out about choosing a correctly-fitting breast shield.
For use with Personal Fit connectors (sold separately).
If you are having nipple pain during pumping, or you are not able to get a letdown, it may be that a larger breast shield will help. To determine your sizing, hold a half-dollar over your erect nipple (the way it looks when your baby is nursing). If your erect nipple is the same size as the half-dollar, order the extra-large shields. If your nipples are closer to the size of a quarter, consider Medela's large breast shields.
This method is only a rough indication of your sizing; the correct breast shield size is also affected by the milk producing structure that lies under the skin. If you are unsure of which size to buy, you may want to order both the Large and Extra Large sizes to see which fits best.

Free Shipping offers apply to US addresses for shipments of any weight or size.
Free shipping to Canada, UK, Australia, and all other International is OK for orders under 2 pounds, but free shipping is the slowest method, which is 1st class international mail. We do recommend upgrading during checkout to Priority or Express, which are faster and have tracking. However, you are free to check out with the free shipping if you don't mind the slower mail service. Your order would ship out same-day or next-day no matter which service speed you choose. If your package is over the 2-pound weight limit to use 1st class service, your order will be placed on hold while we contact you for the payment needed for Priority service.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled until they are shipped out. Email or call us to do so.
Returns and Refunds
Simple return instructions are included in every package.
Products may be returned if they are still in new condition, including the packaging, and if they are postmarked within 60 days of the order date.
We cannot refund when items arrive to us dirty or missing their packaging, or if the postmark shows the return was sent to us more than 60 days after the order date.
If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will put you in touch with the maker to arrange for a replacement.
